Dear Pastor Dave,
Thank you for saying yes when God sent you, Kathy, and baby Christi to our church. Thank you for the strong influence you were in the lives of our young children! Thank you for making a life commitment to our church family and walking with us through sickness and health, for better and sometimes for worse, when the path was easy and also when it was hard! Thank you for saying yes again when God called you to be our lead pastor. Your faithful, humble heart was exactly what God used to form us, to instruct and correct us and to bring us to the place He had planned all along. Thank you for making the hard decisions and guiding us when you could have taken the easier path. Thank you for positioning us to receive the blessings that God desired to pour out! We will never forget how God used you to answer prayers we had prayed for decades! The love and appreciation we have for you cannot be expressed.
